Self-Awareness & Identity

This is me coming home to myself language, Deaf identity, values, boundaries, and strengths I had not fully recognised before.

I begin to unlearn old scripts and try out new ones: self-trust, repair, play, and belonging.

Identity isn’t fixed. It’s a living story I am still writing. These reflections hold the quiet, steady work of becoming more fully myself.

New reflections are shared fortnightly.

You are welcome to return whenever you feel ready to continue.
