A feather with birds in flight – my symbol of letting go, of rising above what once weighed me down.

 

It also honours those I’ve lost, reminding me they’re flying free, even as I carry them in memory.

 

It reminds me that sharing our stories of release and remembrance helps others find freedom in their own ways, too.
