Refund Policy

WovenAware offers digital products and reflective learning experiences designed with care and clarity. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled.

Digital Products (e.g. Reflection Toolkits)

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All toolkit purchases are final once access has been provided

  • Refunds are not offered after download or access, except where required by law

  • This includes situations where the content has been viewed, downloaded, or accessed

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please get in touch and support will be provided.

Live Sessions, Workshops, and Consultations (Future Services)

If you book a session or workshop:

  • Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled

  • Refunds are not guaranteed

If WovenAware needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered:

  • An alternative date, or

  • A full refund

WovenAware is not responsible for missed sessions where a participant is unable to attend.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in rare situations, such as: 

  • Duplicate payments

  • Clear technical failure that cannot be resolved

  • Legal obligations under UK consumer law

 

Each situation will be reviewed fairly and individually.
