Sometimes it’s the things we carry with us that hold the most meaning.
Symbols carry stories. For me, the lantern is a reminder of light that doesn’t go out, even when life feels heavy.
I carry that light so Deaf children can see a brighter path ahead. For my son. For Deaf generations.
That’s why I keep speaking up.
