The Quiet Moments Were Shaping Me Too

Before I had the words for it, I was already carrying a world inside me.

I spent a lot of time thinking, observing, and feeling things I didn't always know how to explain.

Looking back, I can see that some of the most important parts of my life weren't shaped by big events.

They were shaped by quieter moments.

The moments spent sitting with my thoughts.

The moments when I noticed something but couldn't yet name it.

The moments when I felt different, uncertain, curious, or deeply aware of something shifting inside me.

At the time, I didn't understand what those moments were building.

I only knew they mattered.

Now, when I look back, I can see that they were helping me become myself.

The quiet moments were shaping me too.

I just couldn't see the threads yet.
